Russell Levy JD
Founder & President
Founded VTS in 2014 to support veterans in achieving meaningful civilian careers. Leads strategic direction, partnerships, and mission advancement.
Merlyn Cruz-Feliciano
Vice President
14-Year U.S. Army Veteran and former Sergeant. Leads VA benefits & VR&E guidance, program development, and instructor support.
Kathy Burnam
Director of Administration & Treasurer
Oversees daily operations, financial administration, volunteer coordination, scheduling, and donor relations to keep VTS strong and mission-focused.
Miguel Huertanicaico
Secretary
U.S. Marine Corps Veteran | OSHA Outreach Trainer. Supports governance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Kimberly Martin
Board Member
Brings experience in office management, organization, and administrative operations. Supports governance and community outreach efforts.
