VA Benefits Education and Guidance
Merlyn Cruz-Feliciano provides VA benefits education and helps veterans and service members understand VA education benefits and other VA benefit processes.
She can explain the steps, help organize questions and records, and provide practical guidance by phone, in the San Marcos office, or through an individual Zoom appointment.
Merlyn can explain the VA disability process and help participants understand what to expect. When someone is ready to file, she directs them to an appropriate claims-assistance resource-such as a nearby VFW or DAV service officer, another VA-accredited representative, or the Benefits Delivery at Discharge office available to eligible active-duty service members.

Search the official VA directory to find accredited VSOS, attorneys, and claims agents by location.

Find a VFW service officer near you who can help with VA benefit claims.
